Can Ivo recover his memories of the man he used to love before it's too late?

Ivo and Mack have been best friends since they grew up in an orphanage together. Now they are lovers who work together for the Calypso government forces. When a mission goes bad, and Ivo is killed, Mack is crushed. But Trust Insurance doesn't always let the dead stay dead. They brought Ivo back to life, but wiped his memory and convinced him Mack is on the enemy's side. It's up to Mack to remind Ivo that they belong together before Ivo kills him. This is further complicated by the drug that Trust Insurance keeps their soldiers addicted to.

I loved Ivo's snarky voice and outlook on life. He feels he is a simple man who is happy as long as he has Mack by his side. Mack talks non-stop about anything and everything, and he is completely devoted to Ivo. Seeing the two of them together made it obvious that they were meant for each other. They have fun and work well as a team. The science fiction terminology was kept to a minimum with just enough to make for an interesting futuristic setting. The plot had some neat little twists.

It was nice to visit again briefly with Levi and Tiergan from A Policy of Lies, the first, and also enjoyable, story in the series. However, TRUSTWORTHY can be read as a stand-alone.

Filled with some suspense and action, this sci-fi romance was a fun summer read.
